I know Americans (and I’m assuming humans worldwide) have been tuning into Netflix’s “Tidying Up” with the master Marie Kondo. Her energy, Her smile. Her accent. All of it just makes me exhale and want to have peace.
If you are already tidying up-amen girl get it!!!
If you are having a trickier time since you have little ones and low energy and you’re just trying to stay on top of the dishes and do your job well and be a stellar mom and tidying up makes you feel like you’re dying
Our newest mini e-course is designed specifically to help you-new mama- with having a home you love to be in and live life in with your little one. We will release it very VERY soon but in the meantime, here are a few things to practice:
-if you don’t feel like the you you want to be when you wear it, get rid of it.
-if your kiddo doesn’t play with it(and it is age appropriate) store it. Bring it our in a few months and see if they love it then. If not, get rid of it!
-if you don’t have a place for it, it either a. doesn’t belong or b. something is in it’s spot that doesn’t belong.
I don’t love the idea of getting rid of all of your stuff, and going through it all at once is usually imposssible with a baby.
Take your time.
Do what you can.
And drink strong coffee.
